EZCast at COMPUTEX 2026: Pushing Wireless Display Performance and Expanding Applications

The Compact Air became one of the most talked-about products on the show floor. Delivering 4K/60Hz wireless display with remarkable stability, it drew a steady stream of visitors who paused to take a closer look. The fluid, ultra low latency picture quality spoke for itself, demonstrating that wireless display has reached a level of performance that rivals wired setups in every meaningful way. Building on last year's debut, the upgraded CamCast arrived at COMPUTEX 2026 with two key upgrades. Beyond its expanded support for simultaneous four-screen monitoring, CamCast now introduces PTP remote control, allowing crew members to adjust camera parameters including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance directly from the monitoring display. The result is a smoother on-set workflow where every team member can stay in position and focus on their role, eliminating unnecessary movement between stations. For many attendees, the Plug-and-Play Demo Zone served as their first encounter with EZCast's wireless display lineup. The zone showcased a full range of point-to-point wireless transmitters in various form factors, with support for both HDMI and USB-C connections. The USB-C option covers the majority of modern smartphones without any additional setup. A standout moment came from EZCast's exclusive portrait display patent, which enables native support for Shorts, Reels, and other vertical format content.
